Parks & Outdoor Spaces

About the Parks

Buda was named the "Outdoor Capital of Texas" by the State of Texas Legislature due to its high percentage of parkland. Enjoy nature as you go "off the beaten path" and explore Buda's hike and bike trails in one of our 13 our scenic parks and natural areas, including the 54-acre Historic Stagecoach Park. Choose from ADA accessible trails with benches or trails that have beautiful wildflower meadows. Enjoy the benefits of our parks with a range of amenities. Picnic areas, ball fields, basketball courts, playground equipment and many other recreational venues are offered at the park sites. See you on the trail!
